How are we today?
Rather than conducting a big annual survey to ask our people how they feel, we allow them to tell us as often as they want by clicking a smiley on our intranet and then deciding if they want to say anything more. We call it our moodometer, and we’ve found that it’s a really good way to get real-time information about how everyone’s doing, if we can’t stop by their desk with a cup of tea to ask them in person.
