Izzy Aughterson

Izzy joined Source in January of 2021 as a Researcher and moved into an Analyst role where she worked on a range of bespoke client projects with a particular focus on Sustainability.

Izzy now works part-time as a People, Change and HR Executive and aids the People, Change and HR Manager, Katie, in her work to maintain a positive working culture at Source. Izzy's work has a particular focus on individual Learning and Development to ensure that Source employees have the skills they need for their roles and that knowledge is effectively shared within the business.
