Fiona founded Source in 2007, embedding precision, ambition, and integrity into the company from its conception. Her deep industry knowledge is built on nearly two decades as a management consultant, specialising in strategy and marketing—first at PwC, then as Head of Strategy for EY in the UK. She’s the author of a dozen books, including Business Consulting: A Guide to How it Works and How to Make it Work and Buying Professional Services, both of which were published by The Economist. She's also a business fellow at the Department of Economics, University of Oxford.
