Russia’s consulting market suffered another bad year. The dire economic situation--with low oil prices, Western sanctions, and a collapse in the value of the rouble all playing a role—made for an extremely challenging environment, and the consulting market shrank 13.7% to a value of just €450m. In this report, we reveal sizing, growth figures, and forecasts for major client industries, consulting service lines, and firm types, and also discuss the most important trends that Russian consulting leaders need to be aware of as they attempt to grow their own businesses in 2016.
