Thought Leadership: What buyers of consulting services really want, and how they want to receive it
Thought leadership is really important at all stages of the buying process—from awareness, through consideration, to purchase and repurchase. For each stage of the buying process we asked about, around three-quarters of respondents could think of an example, in the past year, where thought leadership had had an impact. And a huge 79% of respondents said that thought leadership had influenced their final choice of supplier the last time they were involved in selecting a consulting firm.
