For all the discussion we’ve had in the past year around robotic process automation, digital transformation, managed services, and data & analytics, consulting remains, at its heart, a people business. It’s understandable that consultants themselves might feel uncertain about their future as the industry adapts to immense change and begins to emerge from the other side.
