Emma shapes our content strategy and leads our Editorial Team. She oversees content coverage, authors data-driven articles on the consulting market, and hosts Source’s two podcasts—including Future of the Firm, which explores the hottest trends in professional services.

Having worked in the professional services industry and with C-suite leaders for over two decades, Emma brings her client-voice expertise into all content. She leads our quarterly survey of buyers of consulting, conducts deep-dive CxO interviews for the Business Leader’s Voice podcast, and chairs executive panel sessions at our events.

Before Source, she was Managing Editor at a leading community for C-suite executives and NEDs. Emma started her career with PwC, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
