Oswald manages and develops relationships with a wide range of professional services firms—including some of the world's leading law, accounting, and consulting organisations—to ensure that our valuable, impactful insights reach the people who need them most. Alongside his client-facing work, Oswald oversees Source’s external partnerships, collaborating with industry bodies and member networks to support the company’s long-term strategic growth.

Before joining Source, Oswald worked agency-side in the financial services sector, where he specialised in supporting marketing teams with campaign activation for some of the UK’s largest asset management firms. This background gives him a deep understanding of how to communicate complex ideas effectively and deliver value across diverse stakeholder groups.
