Paul leads the processing and visualisation of Source's extensive and robust datasets. He is responsible for transforming the results of our many surveys—conducted for reports, bespoke projects, and other products and services we offer—into meaningful insights, continually exploring innovative ways to analyse and present this data.

With nearly a decade of experience using Tableau, Paul's passion lies in turning complex information into meaningful insights. He is continually finding new ways to visualise data or exciting techniques for data analysis to bring our data to life.
