William oversees all our survey programming and fieldwork, ensuring that Source's quantitative research is both rigorous and credible. He also serves as the primary liaison with external panel providers. In addition, William plays a key role in the research and development of our annual Quality Ratings Report, contributing to the firm’s award-winning thought leadership methodology.

Prior to joining Source, William focused on B2C research, specialising in consumer trends and delivering actionable insights for leading global brands.
