With nearly a decade of experience supporting at a senior level, Zoe acts as a confidante and right hand to our CEO and Senior Leadership Team. She plays a pivotal role in facilitating meetings and special events that are crucial for strategic alignment and team cohesion.

Along with the successful execution of internal projects, Zoe brings a deep, intuitive understanding of Source's unique culture. She is central to our recruitment process, overseeing every hire to ensure we attract and welcome the exceptional talent that powers Source’s success. From screening potential candidates to onboarding new starters, Zoe works closely with our Director of People, HR & Change to ensure each candidate experiences Source's trademark warmth and professionalism from the outset.
